We have urgent opening for Sourcing & Development Profile.Qualifications:1. Educational Background: \xef\x82\xb7 A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in textile engineering, textile technology, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.2. Industry Knowledge: \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth understanding of the textile industry, including knowledge of fibres, fabrics, dyeing and finishing processes, and manufacturing techniques.3. Supply Chain Expertise: \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including sourcing, procurement and inventory management.4. Market Research Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.5. Communication Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate developments to stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Sourcing: \xef\x82\xb7 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. \xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable agreements for the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance to maintain high standards. 2. Product Development: \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with production teams to understand product requirements and specifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Work with suppliers to develop new fabrics, finishes, and technologies that meet quality standards and market demands.
