If youre eager to work on challenging projects in the global audit, tax and accounting space, this is your chance to join a truly remarkable team.Position Overview:Fahrenheit is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing & Research Specialist to support our Executive Search and Recruiting team. This role focuses on identifying top talent for our clients needs while also assisting with providing detailed market research based on active searches and creating robust job opportunity profiles for each engagement. Your expertise in sourcing, research and analysis, and attention to detail will be instrumental in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our organization and contributing to the success of our Executive Search and Recruiting practice.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed), social media, and our ATS (Crelate) to proactively build candidate pipelines to support the needs of our Recruiting team.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for high-priority roles by reviewing the latest industry news, trends, and other insights to help build knowledge and awareness.
  • Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs by sourcing through online resources and the internal ATS (Crelate), collaborating with the Recruiting team as ideal candidate profiles are identified.
  • Gather and analyze market data on compensation, job trends, and talent availability to inform recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Development of Marketing Materials:
  • Prepare job opportunity profiles in PowerPoint as new engagements are launched.
  • Assist in writing and editing job descriptions when needed.
  • Support in the creation of marketing collateral related to proposals and case studies in collaboration with the Recruiting team and Marketing team.
Administrative Support:
  • Ensure all candidate information in the ATS is accurate and up to date and materials are organized and saved in the correct file locations.
  • Update the ATS regularly to ensure each job contains the most recent search and client information related to job descriptions, sourcing strategies, market research, and candidate profiles.
  • Support the Recruiting team with editing of candidate resumes/profiles, reference check templates, and any other client-facing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in building sourcing strategies, preferably in a corporate or agency recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various job boards or other networking tools like ZoomInfo or Pitchbook.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Crelate.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing specialized or hard-to-fill roles for an Executive Search and Recruiting firm.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and industry trends.
  • Ability to craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates and build robust candidate pipelines.
