Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management : Call and conduct daily interviews, working closely with
team to align recruitment efforts with staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing : Expand our candidate pool through online platforms and
social networking, and manage resume screening and phone screenings.
- Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process, guiding new hires to ensure a
positive and efficient start.
- Communication : Act as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers,
providing helpful feedback and maintaining effective communication throughout
the hiring process.
- Process Improvement : Improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency, and
actively seek ways to enhance the candidate experience.
- Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with hiring managers to
understand staffing needs and address workforce planning challenges.
