Service Asia -
SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPPORT -
Planning & Resource Pool

Within Service operations support, Resource pool handles both service special task resource support as well handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers

Responsibilities

Provide business and administrative support to SOS - Resource pool manager for tracking and monitoring the technicians\' movements both commissioning in construciton project as well service special projects

Provide weekly status on external agencies resource status (commissioning/special taks deployed) within Asia region, review on their attendance/billing

Make PR for the demand on external resources in line with resource pool manager and ensure the necessary POs are in place for the planned resources deputation

Vendor Invoice GRN, and payment processing within due date

Biweekly basis track the time registrations of technicians and ensure approval status

Generating the monthly report on external agency resources as well internal resources deployed status on their cost and review along with SOS management

Take a lead on handling and supporting the resource pool new technicians on their onboarding support including arrangement of the IT asset, PPE\'s, corporate card and tracking through system

Assist Resource pool Manager on weekly review, on both internal and external resources availability and reviewing the change and follow their site-to-site movement plan and update in the tracker and take it in the weekly review calls

Qualifications

Graduate desirable with accountancy and site/office administration experience

Having working knowledge on SAP-PR/PO/GRN/SAP time entry transactions

Good attention to detail and execution skills

Good interpersonal and customer relation skills

Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels, performs as a champion for change management initiatives and ability to respectfully follow supervision

Good computer operation skills, familiarity with internet-based program navigation, and ability to generate and interpret computer data

Competencies

Ability to read, comprehend and write English

Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction

Knowledge of Admin Management

Understanding the requirement pattern of administration, Accounts and purchase and meeting arrangements etc.

Ability to collect data and apply analytical tools (as appropriate), to identify patterns, trends, problem areas and come up with recommendations for solution

Cost consciousness-Awareness of the costs concerned with the area of operation and implications of costs, aiming to reduce cost/wastage in all possible ways which are under their control whether or not cost reduction is identified as a goal-includes

Understanding requirements, identifying gaps, setting priorities, scheduling activities accordingly to fulfill requirements

Effective Follow up

Tracking and ensuring that work is done as per schedule
