Data Modelling experience with hands on must 3. Minimal Job Switches 4. Specializaion , Strong Experience, Knowledge and hands on must 5.Should be able to deliver with minimal induction Good to Have : 1. Certifications preferred 2. Team Bonding Skills 3. Proactive approach to problem solving 4. Good Communication Skills Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Requirement Gathering 2 Creating custom solutions based on Client requirements 3 Offshore and Onshore Collaboration 4 On Time correct Delivery of solutions
