we required candidate for the IT company having Head office in USA and india office in TrivendrumAbout the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile MERN/MEAN Stack Solution Architect whocan also effectively perform the role of a Technical Project Manager. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in architecting and developing applicationsusing the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB,Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack and demonstrate strong project management skillsto lead and deliver complex technical projects.Role Title: Solution ArchitectLocation: Trivandrum / RemoteExperience: 12-15 YearsEducational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/ME/ITRole & Responsibilities:Solution Architecture:Design, architect, and develop scalable and robust applications using MERN/MEANstack.Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, anddocumentation.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highestquality product platform.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration anddeployment of solutions.Technical Project Management:Lead and manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuringthey are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resourceallocation.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Communicate project status, progress, and any potential delays to stakeholders.Facilitate regular project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, andretrospectives.Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project delivery.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MERN/MEAN stack.Strong experience in project management, preferably with certification (e.g.,PMP, Scrum Master).Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either React.js orAngular.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end development, includingresponsive design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
