• Must have 15-17 yrs of experience in Exchange, O365 & SharePoint
• Should possess strong experience in troubleshooting Exchange server and DAG/DAC issues
• Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS, Power shell scripting & Mail archiving solution
• Having Experience of Creating and Managing the users and groups in Azure AD.
• Should possess Good experience in SharePoint Administration & Teams
• Should possess strong experience on Exchange restoration and Upgradation
• Must have had prior hands on experience in at least 3 of infrastructure areas - Wintel / Messaging / AD
• Excellent written; oral communication skills; credibility; interpersonal skills
• Must have worked in similar capacity at an MNC in Outsourcing/ technology and consulting services firm
• Good knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices
• Must have financial acumen; budgeting; reducing cost of operations; knowledge of Capex; Opex; resource costing
• Ability to plan and execute migration and upgradation projects
• Vendor management experience
• Ability to work effectively in diverse; virtual and multi-cultural environments
• Able to work in an unstructured environment and bring structure to a problem; synthesize issues.
• Experienced in managing conflicts.
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
• On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
• Technical Certification a must on Windows/Exchange/O365/SharePoint
