You'll be instrumental in shaping customer journeys by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementations that utilize the power of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Through your collaborative interactions with our teams and clients, youll have an active role in shaping our customers experience from start to finish.xe2x97x8f Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of AI/ML consultants to excel in deliveringcutting-edge solutions.xe2x97x8f Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.xe2x97x8f Set clear goals and monitor performance, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.xe2x97x8f Partner with Sales and Engineering to translate client requirements into tailored AI/ML solutions leveraging GCP's AI and ML services like Vertex AI or BigQuery ML.xe2x97x8f Develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define project scope and implementation plans.xe2x97x8f Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.xe2x97x8f Lead the team in strategizing, designing, and architecting scalable AI/ML solutions on GCP.xe2x97x8f Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and translate that knowledge into practical solutions for clients.xe2x97x8f Actively promote the adoption of best practices and a culture of continuous learning within the team.xe2x97x8f Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging team members to pursue certifications, training, and professional growth opportunities.xe2x97x8f Lead or support authoring and publishing research. Collaborate with Marketing team to raise profile of the company, participate in/lead branding and sales campaignsIdeal Profilexe2x97x8f Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a technical sales or consulting environment.xe2x97x8f AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience in utilizing AI/ML services for building and deploying machine learning models. Good understanding of Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) preferred.xe2x97x8f Deep expertise in 2-3 industries or functional domain areas where you have made an influence in applying AI/ML to solve business problems.xe2x97x8f Strong mathematical foundation to understand and apply a complex application of AI/ML through academic knowledge or prior experience.xe2x97x8f Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP preferred).xe2x97x8f Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and enthusiasm.xe2x97x8f Client Engagement: Experience working directly with clients in an advisory, solutioning, pre-sales or consulting role, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.xe2x97x8f Specify the deliverables of services projects by developing detailed project scopes of work (SOWs); Assist sales team with preparedness and delivery of technical presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work.xe2x97x8f Experience working directly with customers in an advisory, solutioning, pre-sales or consulting capacity.xe2x97x8f Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading the deployment of scalable solutions on public cloud, GCP Preferred.xe2x97x8f Be a technical and business consultant to our clients before, during, and afterimplementations.xe2x97x8f Industry level or Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) preferred.xe2x97x8f Bachelors Degrees in Computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI/ML Masters or PhD preferred.What's on Offer?
