Our goal is to enable businesses to collaborate, innovate and co-create to solve complex problems of mobility in the realms of goods movement, people transportation, and parked vehicle ecosystem.About the RoleThe Solution Train Engineer is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of complex logistics platform solutions across multiple Agile PODs and teams. You will act as a strategic enabler, ensuring cross-functional alignment between technology and business priorities while optimizing Agile execution. By fostering high-performing teams and driving a culture of innovation, you will enable the organization to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence in the logistics domain.Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Agile delivery strategy, ensuring business-aligned execution of industry platform logistics initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple Agile PODs and teams, ensuring they are market-driven, outcome-focused, and aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure the effective delivery of P&L units, optimizing execution and removing delivery roadblocks without directly owning P&L responsibility.
• Foster a culture of business agility, enabling teams to respond effectively to market trends, customer needs, and competitive pressures in the logistics sector.
• Act as a strategic enabler, aligning product, technology, and business stakeholders to drive value-driven outcomes.
• Implement and refine Agile metrics to ensure continuous visibility, transparency, and predictability across multiple teams.
• Coordinate PI (Program Increment) Planning and Agile roadmaps to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation.
• Champion DevOps and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices, aligning with scalability, security, and performance goals in logistics platform solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, Agile methodologies, and logistics technology innovations, continuously refining our Agile strategy.

• 8+ years of experience in Agile program management, Agile transformation, or related roles in large-scale logistics platform environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
• Proven experience leading business-focused Agile PODs and teams with a strong emphasis on market-driven execution in logistics.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L) considerations, ensuring Agile teams effectively support business objectives without direct P&L ownership.
• Domain expertise in logistics technology and operations, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, transportation management, and warehouse automation.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-driven platforms, and logistics technology stacks.
• Proven track record of driving Agile transformation, optimizing Agile maturity, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable and efficient delivery.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
