Mission of the Position Ensure technical support on Signalling technologies to Regional Service Centers Support Regional teams to provide competitive offers Develop Regional Service Centre skills D&B projects: Manage ISR, HH and Warranty support Support Platform in managing Solution ref lib. Ensure Product roadmap aligns with Solution roadmap Manage obsolescence at solution level Purpose of the Role: Opportunity Phase Support Sales Team to promote D&IS Services offering Use lifecycle to generate business Challenge footprint vs potential businesses . Tender Phase Support Tender and Bid teams to provide competitive offers Support Region to define best Project Industrial Organization Define Catalogue content, Manage Ref . Sol. Execution Phase Support project launch phase (secure project starting phase) Support project teams to solve technical issue Ensure Product Road Map and obsolescence treatment, are consistent with Solution Service Road Map ISR solution management Improve Work Packages under Services responsibility . Services contracts: Back-office WP and under Design & Build contracts: ISR, DMS/HH Signalling and Warranty support Performance Orders & Sales growth TTQ & Catalogue coverage (% of quotes out of catalogue) % of L3 repairs in Regions Adherence to cost for managed WPs Management of technical requests Network All Regions and related Services Business Development Service Tender teams / Bid managers Service Project Teams D&IS Services Platform Solution D&IS Parts & Repair Service Centers D&IS Service Operation Performance Other Solution SCs and Parts & Repairs SC Managers The Mission, Purpose and the deliverables of this role pertain to Railway Signalling soultions. The Candidate must be an Graduate Engineer with at a minimum of 15-18 years of Industry experience of which at least 10 years must be in Urban/Mainline Rail Industry. Must have a thorough understanding of Railway Signaling Systems & Solutions and must have worked in Engineering / Solution or product Architect / T&C & Maintenence functions .Experience in Project /Program Management is a must with managing overseas projects being an added advantage.
