Position Title: Solution Engineer, Order to CashPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: New DelhiRequisition ID: 31777JOB PURPOSE:SAP Centers of Excellence provide application expertise to support the effective daily operations and improvement of different business or IT functions. The SAP Center of Excellence (COE) will also focus on McCain S4 transformation journey for SAP ECC systems and solutions in place at an organization level. Order-To-Cash (OTC) Solution Architect will be part of overall SAP COE in GDTC India centre and will report to global Supply Chain Technology team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with business team members of business functions (Customer Services, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management and Finance) to facilitate effective solution implementations and provide knowledge transfer and training of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts and end users.
• Analyze business process gaps, identify solution alternatives, and guidance to business and IT stakeholders for selecting the best solutions for closing the gaps.
• Work closely with ABAP developers to define programming requirements and test programming solutions.
• Provide production support for SAP Sales and Distribution with specific focus on Order-to-Cash processes and integration points with PP, QM, EWM, TM and FICO modules. Support SAP interfaces to other core business applications e.g. Pricing Tool and SFDC Applications.
• Manage projects assigned through the full project lifecycle including managing and coordinating the work of consultants when necessary.
• Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyze, configure and model processes in SAP.
• Modify, test and validate system configuration. Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Build and execute unit testing, integration, and regression testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results).
• Candidate will have an opportunity to contribute with brown field implementation of S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution module for enabling Order to Cash processes.
• Functional and technical expertise of SAP Sales & Distribution and Inventory Management
• Contribute towards SAP ECC-LE and/or SAP TM

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• We require the candidate to have extensive knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution module in the following areas:

• Master Data Management as it relates to Sales and Distribution in SAP with specific focus on Order to Cash processes.
• SAP Pricing, AR billing and rebate management
• Hands-on SAP system configuration knowledge in respective areas of Sales and Distribution module for supporting various order to cash process needs.
• Candidate should be capable of debugging SAP programs to help find the root cause and resolution to various issues.
• Working Knowledge of integration of SAP SD and with external applications like OneSource (Tax system), SFDC
• Establish and support best practices for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash business processes for the businesses in SAP.
• Drive efficiency through continuous improvement in configuration and master data management.
• Provide support to other SAP work streams that are impacted by Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash business processes.
• 15+ years of experience in the SAP Sales and Distribution module under various releases of SAP.
• Candidate should have experience with two or more full project life cycle SAP S4 implementations.
• Blueprinting, Realization, Configuration, Functional Specifications, Unit and Integration Testing and Execution, Data Definition, Data Mapping from Legacy Systems, End-user Training, Training Development, Train the Trainer, Cutover Activities, and Production Support
• Strong skill sets in communicating, training, and supporting quality function with day to day business processes.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Candidate should have experience to Production Support/Roll-out projects and should be good at working with geographically spread team.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in OTC along with handsome experience in SAP Pricing.
• Candidate must have Strong hands-on Experience in SAP OTC EDI Interfaces solutioning for EDI180, EDI810, EDI812, EDI 856 etc and also RFC interface.
• Candidate should have worked on New S4Hana OTC processes like- Advance customer Return, BRF+ Output management, Sales document Workflow, Advance Available To Promisea and Settlement process.
• Candidate must have basic knowledge of SAP Workstreams like, PP, MM, GTS, APO/SNOP, QM, WM/eWM with their Integration with OTC for review and providing the Better Solution for Business processes.
• Candidate should have experience / Knowledge of GxP Validation process.
• Candidate with S4Hana Certificate is Preferable.
• Candidate should have exposure to different Delivery supporting tools like - SNOW, JIRA, HPQC and any validation tool etc.
