You possess: . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus . 5+ years of progressive experience in business/systems analysis with a total of 8+ years of IT experience. . Proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and translating them into technical solutions. . Strong problem-solving abilities, utilizing a data-driven approach to propose effective solutions. .
