Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Supply Chain You&rsquoll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provide consultants with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn. Responsibilities The Solution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize RapidResponse to achieve sustained value. Typical responsibilities include: Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs Configure RapidResponse according to the functionality of the customer&rsquos source systems Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results Integrate and customize RapidResponse to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements Provide high levels of customer service Qualifications Bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience Post graduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization Experience leading supply chain teams, training or projects full project management experience preferred Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus Preferred qualification Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
