Job Description

:Responsibilities:Due diligence, Knowledge transition from project team, Knowledge transition, Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilization, operationWork on Incident management, Problem management, Change requestsProvide rational contribution in impact analysis, evaluating changes which demand major / minor enhancements / CR etc.Prepare relevant document like SOP, TS, Test scripts etcCoordinate and perform SAP PI/PO support / development activities in AMS engagementCoordination with BPO/Business users and support cross-functional team for requirement gathering /clarificationsNew / modification(s) in complex PI map development, testing and deploymentMonitor SAP PI translation and message monitoringDevelopment / enhancement of SAP proxies, ABAP classes, web services, API etc.Handling SAP S/4 HANA and legacy system integration and trouble shootingMonitor open tickets related to applicable issues and close or route promptly to support metricsExcellent problem-solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills required. Qualifications:5 to 7 years of SAP PI/PO experience (with implementation and support project experience)Experience in configuration of adapters such as FILE, SOAP, SFTP, Web Services, APIExperience with ESR / IR objects on JAVA / ABAP stackExperience with complex message map developments, IDOC messages and ABAP proxiesSupport communication activities such as system restart, communication channel start/stop, application validationsGood to have knowledge on SAP PI admin activities, support patches and upgradesMust have worked on Incident management, Problem management, Change requestsExperience with S4/HANA project with multi-tiered SAP environmentGood problem solving and communication skillsGood to have experience in Data Centre Migration Projects.Should be familiar with SLAs and ticketing tools like Service Now etcSkills:SAP - PI Process OrchestrationAbout Company:Fujitsu is a diverse global organization with over 129,000 employees in 180 countries.
