Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have high impact on our end users.Role Responsibilities

• Lead a Team and own on-time Technical Delivery for the Projects assigned, with high quality.
• Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Sr. Associates, Associates, and Junior Associates
• Works independently on complex projects
• Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test , code coverage and integration test coverage.

Role Requirements

• Hand-on expertise on AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Cordova, Ionic OR
• Hand-on expertise on Native iOS or Native Android
• Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST, and Microservices.
• Worked with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Familiar with AppStore Management.
• Knowledge about Bit.Dev, GraphQL
• Good to have an AWS Cloud Certification, and experience with React Native.
