Join Western Union as Solution Architect, Solution Engineering.Western Union powers your pursuit.You will be leading a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation, solution design, detailed design, development, testing and software configuration management. Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have a high impact on our end users.Role Responsibilities

• Need to work on world-class platforms using any or all Java/J2EE technologies & architecture.
• Effectively design and develop APIs for internal and external use that will be used for Features in Digital teams.
• This position is accountable for the migration of assigned platforms and processes as per project timelines and ensure smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
• Proficient with the production delivery of Sprint Scope and will support production deployments along code reviews, TDD\xe2\x80\x99s and documentation for the features implemented.

Role Requirements

• Need 5-8 years of software development experience with a focus on software design & development.
• Hands-on experience in some of the technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Spring Security, ORM, MQ based messaging, SQL Databases, NoSQL DB e,g, Couchbase.
• Experience on a workflow engine (preferably Camunda).
• Experience with API gateways and containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes or other similar tools.
• Experience with unit test frameworks such as Junit.
• Should have experience of using Design Patterns and Practices, Rest and Micro services architectural principle & patterns, Cloud Technologies such as AWS & GCP.
• Experience in Agile Projects.
• Very good knowledge about Agile Scrum
