Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile MERN/MEAN Stack Solution Architect who can also effectively perform the role of a Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and developing applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack and demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and deliver complex technical projects. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Solution Architecture: \xc2\xb7 Design, architect, and develop scalable and robust applications using MERN/MEAN stack. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and documentation. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. \xc2\xb7 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. \xc3\x98 Technical Project Management: \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. \xc2\xb7 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. \xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. \xc2\xb7 Communicate project status, progress, and any potential delays to stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate regular project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. \xc3\x98 Required Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MERN/MEAN stack.Strong experience in project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either React.js or Angular.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end development, including responsive design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. \xc3\x98 Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
