Description .Exp-12+ Years Hands-on experience with software development and system administration . Experience in Azure cloud, Microservices patterns and Architecture, Azure devops, ORM, Web APIs, DDD, .NET Core, REST/gRPC, Rabbit MQ, Redis cache, MS SQL, No SQL . Clearly and effectively communicate the technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of the solution . Evaluate and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate any factor that might hinder the successful delivery of the solution . Scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary . Recommend best practices for the entire solution . Define procedure and process to ensure solution delivery . Comply with all technical and business requirements . Comply with non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a product . Analyze the needs of large systems and breaking them down into smaller manageable parts . Choose suitable software, hardware and suggest integration methods . Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures
