This individual will be responsible for driving Proof of Concepts (POCs) and projects involving OSS Network Orchestration across various Telecom Networks - Fixed Line, Wireless, SDWAN, SDN-based networks, VNFs, CNFs and 5G Networks.
Candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and identify technical issues at assigned accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the project (pre to post sales).What will your job look like?

• Present the product functionality in detail to project stakeholders and partner teams and be able to explain how the product is able to address both technical and business problems.
• Conduct product demonstrations at Project Milestones, gather feedback and work as customer point of contact for delivery of features.
• Provide input to Services Estimation and associated Statement of Work (SOW), understanding how the product can be configured through supporting services.
• Be a technical resource for product questions and assist in the documentation of product capability for partners and others.
• Provide product improvement and roadmap feedback to Product Management.
• Serve as Solution architect focal for a Project to gather the network automation requirements, craft solutions, create HLD and LLD and translate the requirements to user stories In JIRA.
• Serve as Product owner throughout the Development lifecycle of the project.
• Responsible for building Interfaces and defining Integration IDD with external systems - Assurance, SDN, Transport orchestrator and EMS.
• Lead POCs and projects involving network automation.

• Minimum 5-8 years in a pre-sales or project delivery role within the OSS platform industry.
• Over 8 years experience of telecommunication networking technologies including; WANs, LANs, Wireless, VNFs, CNFs and network infrastructure technologies
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communications skills
• The ability to provide compelling live product demonstrations
• Experience scoping and managing customer product evaluations
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution, even in stressful customer situations.
• Experience in designing and Implementing Architectures using Telecom Standards for OSS - TMF, 3GPP etc
• Knowledge of at least one cloud technology vendor - AWS, Azure, GCP etc
• Experience in the creation of Solution Requirement documents as part of an OSS deployment project.
• Experience working as Solution Architect/Product owner for large Scrum teams in a Project.
• Ability to work independently as this is an individual contributor role.
• Must have OSS experience with either a Software or a Network background.

• Experience with Python, Jinja, and Ansible for driving automation.
• Well versed with Router, Switches Yang model onboarding and driving YIN templates and testing for same.
• Strong knowledge of at least VNF/CNF Virtualization technologies
• Strong knowledge in 5G Slicing and expertise in any of the Domain - RAN,Core and Transport.
