Design and development experience in modern platforms using REST/API integration, Cloud Native Solutions, DevOps, Containers, Micro services.Ability to research and understand new technology solutions and present essential comparisons, pros/cons, and target use cases.

Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

Oversee the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with industry trends.

Manage and mentor cross-functional technical teams, including software development, infrastructure, and security.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the technology department.

Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technology initiatives support business objectives.

Present technology strategies, challenges, and opportunities to the C-suite and board of directors.

Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and external partners.

Skills

Experience with performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools .

Experience working in an agile environment.

Ability to create a high level work breakdown for a large component into clear,phased deliverables.

Experience in designing scalable Java and RDBMS based web & mobile applications, designing and executing performance and scalability tests, and performance profiling.
