Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex web and mobile applications, integrating various platforms, managing portals, and architecting both monolithic and microservices-based solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure architecture for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, including monolithic and microservices-based systems. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.

Integration:

Oversee the integration of applications with various third-party services, APIs, and platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. Design and implement integration strategies for both cloud-based and on-premises systems.

Portal Management:

Design, develop, and manage web portals to support business processes and user interactions. Ensure portals are user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance. Oversee the integration of portals with backend systems and data sources.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Facilitate technical discussions and workshops to align team members and stakeholders on architecture and design decisions. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation and Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on web and mobile application development. Strong expertise in designing and implementing monolithic and microservices architectures. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in integrating various platforms and services, including API development and management. Solid experience in managing and developing web portals. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot). Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native). Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and optimization (SQL and NoSQL databases). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
