Job Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Development:
• Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business requirements and project objectives.
• Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and guidelines for enterprise systems in Oil & Gas EPC workflows.
• Identify and implement scalable and cost-effective solutions to meet operational and digital transformation goals.
• Technology Integration:
• Evaluate and recommend software, platforms, and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Work on integrating engineering, procurement, and construction management systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLM.
• Ensure interoperability between enterprise systems, field instrumentation, and IoT platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• System Optimization & Scalability:
• Analyze current technology and architecture to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the proposed solutions can scale with business growth and changing project demands.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy regulations.
• Align designs with standards such as ISO 14224, ISO 15926, and others relevant to Oil & Gas EPC.
• Project Execution & Support:
• Provide technical support during the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot architectural issues.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation:
• Drive initiatives related to digital twins, cloud computing, AI/ML, and IoT applications in EPC workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles and workflows.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and software architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as Python, Java, .NET, or similar.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like Primavera, SAP ERP, SmartPlant, or Aveva solutions.
• Experience in data modeling, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Oil & Gas/EPC domain, particularly in designing and deploying enterprise-level solutions.
• Certification in architecture frameworks like TOGAF or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure Solution Architect).
• Understanding of industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms and applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks for industrial systems.
