We are looking for an experienced

Solution Architect

to join our on-site team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions with a strong focus on

HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure)

,

Server and Storage solutions

,

Virtualization

, and

Cloud platforms

. The candidate should have a solid understanding of infrastructure best practices, solution architecture principles, and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client requirements. Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and detailed technical documentation. Provide expert guidance on HCI, Server, Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis for proposed solutions. Support pre-sales efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and technical discussions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to guide solution development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution architecture. Strong expertise in HCI platforms such as Nutanix, VxRail, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of Server and Storage solutions (Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.). Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or private cloud environments). Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware VCP, AWS/Azure Architect, Nutanix NCP) are a plus
