Job Description

What's this role about? We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with 10-13 years of experience in technology architecture, digital transformation, and cloud solutions. This role involves contributing to RFP processes, conducting research on emerging technologies, driving innovative proof of concepts (POCs), and providing thought leadership. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep technical expertise to solve complex business problems, create scalable and secure architectures, and influence strategic direction through hands-on solutioning and leadership.



Here's how you'll contribute: You'll do this by:
• Solution Design & Architecture:
+ Design end-to-end technical solutions for clients by understanding their current technology ecosystem, challenges, and business goals.
+ Architect scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across cloud platforms, AI, and automation while aligning with customer objectives.
+ Drive the development of future-state blueprints and roadmaps to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Research & Innovation:
+ Conduct ongoing research in niche technology areas such as AI, cloud-native solutions, serverless computing, and automation to identify new opportunities for innovation.
+ Stay ahead of technology trends and emerging tools, providing insights and recommendations on how to leverage them for business advantage.
+ Lead the ideation, development, and execution of cutting-edge POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of innovative solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support:
+ Participate in the RFI/RFP process, contributing to technical solutioning, designing architectures, and writing responses that articulate the value proposition of the proposed solutions.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to present solutions to prospective clients, providing technical expertise to drive business acquisition.
• Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
+ Serve as a thought leader within the organization and for clients, providing guidance on best practices in cloud computing, AI, automation, and security.
+ Present at industry conferences, webinars, and internal forums to showcase innovative solutions and promote the company's expertise in solving complex business problems.
+ Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and technical content that highlights insights, case studies, and emerging technology trends.
• Technology Expertise & Problem Solving:
+ Apply deep technical knowledge in Gen AI solutioning , Cloud-Native AI Solutions , API Management , and Serverless Architectures to create high-performance, secure solutions.
+ Lead efforts to optimize and automate business processes, reducing technical debt and improving operational efficiency.
+ Solve complex business and technical challenges through creative and robust solutions that scale effectively across large enterprises.
• Cloud Ecosystem & Security:
+ Architect solutions leveraging one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with a focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.
+ Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, applying best practices in cloud security and data protection.
• POC Development & Execution:
+ Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative POCs, working closely with technical teams to showcase the value and feasibility of new technologies.
+ Continuously iterate on POCs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry advancements.

Core Skills:
• Experience: 10-13 years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, and digital transformation, with a strong technical background.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with knowledge of security and compliance standards.
• AI & Innovation: Proven experience in leveraging Generative AI techniques and other cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in:

• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
