Main responsibilities

• Lead technical presales activities while guiding customers through their cloud digital transformation journeys.
• Understand customer\'s vision and business problems and translate them into innovative technology solutions.
• Lead architectural strategy, define requirements, and develop long-term solution roadmap. Develop and conduct customer workshops and PoC.
• Assess, plan and design cloud readiness, operational readiness, governance frameworks and compliances.
• Articulate dependencies and risk management with the cloud transformation.
• Guide right set of scalabilities, resiliency, Business continuity and DR parameters as per their application requirements and criticality.
• Support sales proposals, go to market, estimation and delivery of solutions, project timelines and costs.
• Deliver reference architectures, HLD/LLD, solution proposals, presentations, timelines.
• Provide subject matter expertise and influence technological directions with proven industry trends and analysis.
• Support and participate webinar, tech blogs, external speaking forums and Azure Immersion workshops.
• Portfolio Development (additional) - work closely with solution portfolio managers to continue derive industry leading solutions for Atos.

• Ability to develop and cultivate relationship with any level and/or C - level stakeholders in the technology and business.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence a customer team and individual stakeholders.
• Excellent quality of planning, and links this to strategy. Anticipates emerging crises and opportunities. Ability to work under pressure and be decisive. Develops well-informed advice, strategies and ideas that are sensitive to the various needs of the multiple stakeholders involved.
• Ability to provide accurate and clear information in response to a request.
• Ability to create and explain financial models to assist with business cases.
• Ability to work in isolation with a high degree of drive, determination, and motivation.
• Ability to independently plan, prioritize and organize effectively.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure and manage deliverables with tight timelines.
• Availability for business travels

Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience in development, architecture, and/or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of the current Cloud industry and technical trends therein.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert a must - with the ability to map relevant IT technology solutions to New Atos customers\' IT and business needs and priorities.
• Understands and can effectively communicate the value provided by New Atos and partner products or services represented. Able to talk about the technology and the interrelationship between the products and services.
• Deep understanding of our competitive landscape and Microsoft portfolio
• Ability to build solutions leveraging modern cloud services.
