Tax is another set of enterprise technology solutions supporting clients help with Tax related services.Position summaryWe are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team to design and implement solutions addressing business requirements. He/she will also be required to develop technology specifications and perform POCs per requirements.Duties & accountabilities

• Design and implement business/technical solutions.
• Assess business requirement of the client and prepare technical specifications.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

CompetenciesEducation and experienceB.E., B. Tech or MCA with 10 - 12 Year experienceCommercial awarenessManagement requirementsStrong inter-personal skills required. Ability to multitask and prioritize work.Solution Providing skillsPersonal competenciesPersonal impactProven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar roleExpert in Java Programming language and associated technologies like JMS, Kafka, API, multithreading etc. and PythonExpert in XML technologies (such as XSD and XSLT, json and json schema, yaml)SQL skill is essential. Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle database and ability to work with other relational databases such as SQL server / MySQL/ DB2/Postgress etc.A proven track record in meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment and ability to multi taskProficiency in implementing reliable, complex, secure, high performance and scalable solutions.Knowledge of market standard protocols and interfaces (such as SWIFT, ISO15022, ISO20022 etc.) is preferred.Basic Knowledge in the financial services sector in custody services, investment management is preferred. Experience in projects focusing on various facets of integration is preferred. Real time integrations with focus on client integration with a Services Oriented Architecture/ESB and Data Integrations (batch integrations and data migrations).CommunicationProven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.TeamworkAbility to collaborate in a team environment.
