Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software and Web Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure web and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, web technologies, and infrastructure, ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure specialists to deliver innovative and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Development

• Architecture Design:
• Design end-to-end software and web architectures that ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Define the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for application development.
• Web and Software Expertise:
• Develop architectures for web portals, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Infrastructure Planning:
• Design infrastructure solutions for web and software systems, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Optimize hosting environments, including load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Integration and APIs:
• Define API and microservices strategies to enable seamless integration across systems.
• Implement best practices for web service security (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway).

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement architectural decisions.
• Provide guidance on software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct architectural reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design principles.

Governance and Best Practices

• Define and enforce architectural standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Documentation and Stakeholder Communication

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, workflows, and specifications.
• Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment of architecture with business goals.

Required Qualifications:Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect, specializing in web and software solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Software Development Expertise:
• Strong experience with languages like Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries for web development.
• Infrastructure Knowledge:
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Deep understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and CDN configurations.
• Web Technologies:
• Proficiency in web application architectures (MVC, REST, GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Database Systems:
• Expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Security:
• Hands-on experience with secure coding practices, identity management, and encryption protocols.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-region deployments.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain.
