Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Architect at Aieze, located in Noida. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative mobile solutions that meet our clients' needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture : Design and architect scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements.

Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies across the full stack.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous support and development opportunities.

Project Management: Handle end-to-end project management, from concept to completion. This includes requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration.
• Knowledge of Business Process Optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the mobile technology industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Front-End: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Back-End: Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java) and frameworks (Express, Django, Spring).

Databases: Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

APIs: Design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record as a Solution Architect, with successful project deliveries.

Expertise in product development, database management, and project management.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native

architectures.

Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
