Solution Architect (ENOVIA)



In Dassault Systemes Global Services, we are looking for a strongly motivated Solution Architect who will contribute to organization via their technical, functional and consulting skills. There are many applications available as part of 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform previously called Centrals. Each application represents set of features which represent one or more process(s) which are needed in one or more industries. These apps provide a huge set features and functions to satisfy customer requirements and help build customer processes. We are seeking a resource having experience in configurations, customizations, upgrade, new development and integrations primarily related to apps in 3DSpace & 3DDashboard. Ability to understand and Analyze requirements, develop functional/technical specifications. Also, proficiency in customer interfacing/communication.


This position is based in our offices located in Bengaluru, India.




Role description & responsibilities


• Understand customer business requirements, scenarios, use cases, users experience needs.


• Understand the specification dossier as reported by global solution architect and translate them into detailed technical specifications.


• Evaluate/estimate (man/days), manage activities in order to ensure deliveries deadlines, report to global solution architect.


• Understand the software system design, describe the specifications in technical terms: select the algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used. Plan the appropriate user interface. Identify and manage dependencies with other components. Document these selections in the detailed technical specifications


• Support/contribute to development activities, including investigation, design, coding, unit & functional testing.


• In case of upgrades - Understand and execute the steps to upgrade the ENOVIAV6/ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to targeted release. Understand and identify the Schema/Web files to be upgraded. Understand and identify the Data migration scripts to be executed.
Qualifications


• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science


• Experience required: 12-17 years


• Experience in working on ENOVIA V6 or 3DEXPERIENCE implementation, integration, upgrade projects.


• Experience in technical/functional 3DEXPERIENCE project definition/execution.


• Experience in technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment


• Strong knowledge of 3DS products and technologies


• Hands on development experience in Core Java, J2EE, JPOs, rest-based web services.


• Good knowledge of MQL, TCL.


• In case of upgrade - experience in identifying, planning and execution to upgrade system including schema &files (customizations) to the targeted version.


• Good to have knowledge/experience in -



o 3DDashboard widget development.

o Web Technologies and ability to build new interfaces using - JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.

o Knowledge on JS frameworks (Like Angular/React/Vue JS) and REST web services backend will be an added advantage)

o Knowledge of building on demand/real-time/messaging queue-based integrations & batch processes.
