When FSC was first released, it was initially designed to support wealth management.
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, resoure to work with our clients and internal teams to act as domain experts and drive the design of practical and innovative solutions across industries. We seek someone who communicates clearly and confidently, leading technical briefings and business requirements gathering sessions.
Your Key Result Areas

• Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer\'s business requirements.
• Create, manage, and present an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer\'s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions.
• Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and development part with the help of development for large-scale customers.

Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performanceDocument business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designsEnsure the Salesforce.com technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture of the client and can scale with it. 8 Years of experience implementing enterprise level projects in Salesforce.com / Force.com platform
2 Years of experience creating solutions to business requirement
Including 3 project implementations that leverage the full capabilities (client, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform
2 years of experience working with business and development teams to successfully design and manage solutions by creating solution design documents, requirement documentation, business process and workflow definitions and gap analysis
Lead projects in the Solution Architect role and focus on scaling the team\'s capabilities in the B2B space
Lead the wider B2B eCommerce implementation team to focus on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients\' brand values for measurable business growth
Drive NTT\'s clients to create content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act
Interact with key business and IT teams, lead all implementation activities, and support the members of the development team
Advise our clients to implement and operate the technology platforms that will enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences for their channel and in-turn transforming our clients channel engagement operations into a modern, data-driven, creatively focused group
Mentor and lead a project team by leveraging technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Formulate technical solutions to address complex business needs and leverage prior artifacts and delivery assets related to B2B products to impress the client with sophisticated solution designs
