Solution Architects make recommendations for new procedures and overall architectural approaches, partnering with enterprise architects.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Standards & StrategyRecommend and advocate target architecture, architecture strategy and vision and processes.Accountable for solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case.Gain acceptance of high-level design and detailed design documentation through enterprise and peer design reviews.Create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets.Consult to projects and application support groups regarding architecture related concerns and direction, as well as alignment to overall IT strategy.Technical ArchitectureDrive the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives.Design reference and application architectures based on specific business constraints, requirements and dependencies.Design architecture components, including design and documentation of architecture relevant system or software changes or enhancements to all assigned systems.Review and identify gaps in architecture and solution designs, assess and define remediation efforts or mitigation options.Drive cross domain initiatives that are supported by E2E Design, apply digital standards to projectSolution Architecture, and drive Technical Strategy and architectural tradeoff discussions.Translate business requirements into technical requirements that the system analysts and other technical team members include in the project design and delivery.Key SkillsAnalyzing Requirements & Identifying Solution OptionsDesigning Effective & Efficient Architecture SolutionsAdvising & Influencing OthersTeaming & CollaborationUnderstanding Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Goals & StrategiesLeveraging Takeda\xe2\x80\x99s DD&T Landscape & Strategic RoadmapUsing Enterprise, Solution, Platform, and Data Architecture StandardsArchitecture Tools & MethodologiesSolution Design and DeliveryDatabase / Data Warehouse Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Enterprise Middleware (Application Patterns, Functional & NFRs Analysis)Technical Storytelling & InfluenceData Driven AnalysisWhat Takeda Can Offer YouAt Takeda, you may build your career, while contributing to better people\xe2\x80\x99s lives.
