Even our junior engineers get the opportunity to work on different product features in complex domainsOpen communication, flat hierarchy, plenty of individual responsibilityRoles & ResponsibilitiesMandatory Skills\xc3\xaf6+ years of work experience in writing code in Python\xc3\xafExperience in using various Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy\xc3\xaf Experience in writing good quality code in Python and code refactoring techniques (e.g., IDE\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x93 PyCharm, Visual Studio Code; Libraries \xe2\x80\x93 Pylint, pycodestyle, pydocstyle, Black)\xc3\xafDeep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills\xc3\xafMachine Learning libraries like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, basic understanding in NLP.\xc3\xafExperience in GenAI, as LLM, Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging face, Bert, andbasic understanding with RAG technology.\xc3\xafExperience working with Sequence Models in Deep Learning, like LSTMs, etc.\xc3\xafDeep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch\xc3\xafDeploying AI solutions into a production environment\xc3\xafExperience of model training and serving on any of the cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)\xc3\xafStrong working knowledge of source code control tools such as Git, Bitbucket\xc3\xafPrior experience of designing, developing and maintaining Machine Learning solution through its Life Cycle is highly advantageous\xc3\xafStrong drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques\xc3\xafStrong communication and collaboration skills\xc3\xafGood attitude and self-motivatedMandatory Skills:Should have excellent communication and can interact with clients regarding getting new projects.Should have exp. of creating proposals or SOW for clients and can support BD team.Should have good exp. in Gen AI (LLM, RAG, etc.)Should have good exp. in AI/ML, Python coding, and team handling.We need someone 60% technical and 40% managerial.Candidate will have to be in the office 4 days a week.Exp-12 to 18 Years
