As Solution Architect, you shape and guide the region\'s architecture, working with teams across the businesses. The overall aim of the role is to ensure that the business strategy is enabled through the architecture and implementation of the systems and technologies deployed, creating agile platforms for future growth. We are currently embarking on an ambitious programme of transformation, including replacing a legacy ERP with best of breed applications (such as CRM, WMS, OMS, PIM) and the complex integrations required to make this succeed. You will work as part of a small architecture team and also work closely with product teams, developers and analysts, both internal and from third parties. Job Location: Pune/Bangalore Primary responsibilities: Work with our own developers, infrastructure teams and 3rd parties to architect solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Provide Solution Designs aligned with both project functional requirements and target Enterprise Architecture Guide and assist with technology product selection, writing RFPs and scoring potential vendor solutions. Play a major role in the design and delivery of a complex Integration Hub. Work across the software development lifecycle using emergent/agile architecture techniques to assist and guide development teams where necessary and adjust solutions to changing requirements and feedback. Provide guidance to development teams (internal and external) on implementation of solution designs Design and support delivery of reusable APIs and other interface components Attributes and Experience: Degree educated, ideally in a technology related discipline Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture experience working across an international business Experience with cloud native implementations (preferably Azure) Knowledge of multiple integration approaches, including APIs, EDA, Streaming, ETL. Strong integration delivery record Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences Good knowledge of data solutions, including migration, transformation and storage Works independently when required but also displays a strong team ethic Strong communicator in English, including verbal, written and presentational skills Affinity with Agile approaches.
