Searching for a suitable candidate for the post of Supervisor for our Paint & Polish department .
Full job description
Thorough knowledge of Wood coating ( PU, duco paint, and Polish).
Supervise the paint shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the painting process, including surface preparation and paint mixing.
Monitor inventory levels of paint supplies and equipment.
Train and guide paint shop staff.
Maintain records of production activities, including material consumption and output metrics.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the painting process.
Train workers through demonstrations of painting methods and equipment operation.
Coordinate work schedules, job duties, responsibilities, and painter locations.
Minimum Experience: 4 years in a similar industry.
- Salary: 30-35k
- Education: Graduation/Diploma in any stream.
