Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Build technical knowledge expertise valve and actuator (Pneumatic and hydraulic) components
• Develop component design to achieve the objectives of cost, performance, and life
• Issue the technical documents (i.e., drawings, reports, specifications) relative to the components design
• Use of design tools: CAD as SOLID EDGE, AUTOCAD
• Be significantly involved into production processes, through a deep collaboration with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments, through activities aimed at improving product manufacturability and producibility
• Proactively support and coordinate activities with other Company departments and Suppliers to implement product improvements (e.g., design and cost-effective works)
• Maintain ISO Documentation, ECN&ECR, BOM Preparation, stack up analysis
• Support management of Quality Notifications (QN), i.e., provide indications to manage defective components

Qualifications/Requirements

• BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 2 To 5 years.
• Experience in Product design, Design calculations, GD&T, Drafting.
• Experience with CAD tools (i.e.: SOLID EDGE, AutoCAD)
• Experience with FEM tools is an added advantage (i.e.: HYPERMESH, Ansys)

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in valve and Pneumatic/Electrical/hydraulic Actuators will be added as advantage
• Experience in Gear Box will be added as advantage
• Should Possess Strong knowledge in GD&T, Welding and Machining standards
• Good communications and Presentations skills preferred
• Knowledge In OIL and GAS Sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
