: Soldering Technician (Electronics)
Location: Kochi
Salary: 11k-13k
Employment Type: Full-time
Education Requirements:
• Diploma/ITI in Electronics or related field
• BSc/B.Tech in Electronics (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in soldering (preferably in electronics-related projects)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform precision soldering of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and components
• Ensure compliance with industry soldering standards (such as IPC-A-610)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes
Required Skills:
• Strong soldering skills, including surface mount and through-hole techniques
• Proficiency in using soldering irons, rework stations, and other soldering tools
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Knowledge of reflow soldering techniques and equipment maintenance

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
