Responsibilities:

• Perform precision soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with accuracy and care.
• Inspect and test soldered joints to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams for precise assembly.
• Document and report any defects, issues, or discrepancies during assembly to maintain quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to identify areas for process improvements and contribute to overall production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in soldering and electronic assembly is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.

Skills:

• Soldering: Proficient in soldering techniques for electronic components on PCBs.
• PCB Assembly: Knowledge of assembly processes for printed circuit boards.
• Quality Inspection: Familiarity with quality assurance processes for electronic products.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to understand and work from technical diagrams.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand coordination for precision work.
