Solderer | PCB Soldering Technician

Location: Ghaziabad

Requirement:

We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering Technician to join our team. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device like - Diode, Transistor, MOSFET, TRIAC, Optocoupler, LED, 7-segment display etc. Basic electronics circuit and circuit theory knowledge gives preference. Hands on soldering experience must require for this job.

Job Title: PCB Soldering Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. PCB Assembly:

Perform the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.

2. Soldering:

Utilize soldering equipment and techniques to solder electronic components onto PCBs, ensuring the correct placement and alignment.

3. Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled PCBs to identify and rectify any soldering
defects, such as solder bridges, cold joints, or misalignments.

4. Component Identification:

Accurately identify and handle various electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and adheres to safety guidelines.

6. Qualifications:

ITI, Diploma in electronics or equivalent, additional technical education or certification in electronics or soldering is a plus

7. Key Skills:-.

Proven experience as a PCB Soldering Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and electronic components.

Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through hole and surface mount soldering.

Familiarity with electronic assembly tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and inspection microscopes.

Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.

Fault Diagnosis.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
