Role And Responsibilities Of The Job Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance. Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. Essential Roles & Responsibilities Solaris server administration Exposure to Solaris clustering and ZFS knowledge AIX / Linux server administration and team management. Good communication skills, Need to participate in client meetings. Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations. Installation of systems OS ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues . Working on Service Desk tickets. Coordinating with IT stake holders to fix the issues. Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status. Perform the IT related task and update the status higher management on regularly. Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetings Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations. Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) Required Professional And Technical Expertise A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in IT Solaris/ AIX / Linux / Unix Domain with proven experience in Windows Operations. Client Meetings, External Audit, Microsoft Linux OS Installation, Linux, Ubuntu, Debian Environment, Server Administration- Linux, System Administration Preferred Professional And Technical Expertise BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma.
