Solar Trainer
Job Description
JD/Main Responsibilities:Knowledge of parameters of site selection , Components of solar energy sysytem , installation of solar panel , Safety standards and work proceduresKnowledge of basic electrical wiringTraining students on : -
- Assessing the installation site
- Understanding the installation pre-requisites
- Arranging for installation materials
- Mounting and installing the panels at customers premises
- Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation
Other Specifications:To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .Review training content & timely upgradeMotivated the students for placementEnsure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP . Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interestedMonitor class attendanceEnsure referrals from the students for upcoming batchesKnowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job rolesCarryout the internal assessmentsEnsure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill,Behavioural skillsEnsure proper MIS reports to H.O.D
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
