Solar Trainer

Innodust Techsolution Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Solar Trainer to expand our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a skilled individual passionate about promoting renewable energy and eager to make a tangible impact.

•

• Develop high-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced).

• Effectively/ Enthusiastically deliver equipment specific training to Field Technicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments.• Knowledge of Parameters of site selection.

• Components of the Solar Energy system.

• Installation of Solar Panels, safety standards and work procedures.

• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring.

• Training students on:-

? Assessing the installation site

? Understanding the installation pre-requisites

? Arranging for Installation materials.

? Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation.

• Prepare in advance for every course by taking time to review provided slides and notes in depth.

• Excellent communication skills (ability to work with staff, trainees).

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and work effectively and respectfully within diverse teams.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, team-building and collaboration skills.

• Flexibility and willingness to embrace change, go the extra mile, and bring ideas and energy to rapidly growing organization.

• Leadership qualities such as creativity, capacity to motivate others, understanding teams and their needs, eagerness to accept responsibility, and intelligent and action oriented judgment.

• Able to travel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing, installing, or project managing PV systems to provide a strong technical understanding of best practices and industry standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of the local or regional codes and standards. Teaching experience preferred.

• Engineering degree /regional equivalent solar certifications preferred.

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• Energetic, flexible, and personable disposition. Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and learning styles.

• Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Office Suite.
