Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee solar project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Handle project commissioning and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform site inspections to ensure project readiness.
• Coordinate and perform cabling work as per project requirements.
• Conduct liasoning work with DISCOMs and relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with metering and grid-connection processes .
• Collaborate with the project design team to optimize system performance.
• Keep customers informed about project progress, technical aspects, and ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar project management and commissioning.
• In-depth experience in meter liasoning work is co mpulsory.
• Strong knowledge of solar system design and cabling.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Must have experience with site inspections .
• We are not looking for installers ; this role requires technical oversight and project management experience.
