Solar Installation Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our growing company. In this role, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, renewable solar energy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys to assess roof suitability, sun exposure, and potential system layout.
• Assist with developing proposals and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Safely install solar panels, inverters, and electrical components on roofs and other structures, following industry standards and building codes.
• Perform electrical testing and commissioning to ensure the system is functioning properly and meets grid interconnection requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing solar systems.
• Document all installation processes and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in solar panel installation or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively at heights.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
