Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems following specifications and building codes
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar PV systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of solar energy equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair solar panel systems and related components
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and hazards
• Assist in the design and layout of solar energy systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members
• Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on solar energy projects
• Keep abreast of technological advancements in solar energy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in solar technology is a plus
• Prior experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components
• Knowledge of solar energy principles and applications
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Physical fitness and manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Understanding of environmental and sustainability concepts
• Willingness to undergo additional technical training as required
• Adherence to professional ethics and standards
• Capability to work independently and follow instructions diligently

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
