Job Description

1. Provide technical assistance to dealers, Sales Engineers, Project Engineers, Customers etc.

2. Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of onsite projects.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to manage project scope, timelines, and resources.

4. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

5. Prepare detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation for project milestones.

6. Ensuring implementation of Work Permit system/ Line Permit system, & Pre-deployment screening & medical of workers, survey of old lines, T&P inspection system.

7. Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Conduct regular project status meetings and SAP updates to keep all relevant parties informed.

9. Handling Energy cost /operation cost /project Cost.

10. Recording, maintaining & tracking closure of HSE violation cases, flashing the same in monthly review meetings.

Required Skills:

1. Must have thorough technical knowledge and expertise in solar installations.

2. Exposure to project execution is mandatory

3. Should have experience working in EPC/Infra/Solar Sector.

4. Should have collaborative & flexible style of working.

5. Robust risk management, Compliance & Governance skills.

6. Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.

7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in SAP/ERP is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
