Solar Supervisor
Job Description
• Supervising installation teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating the setup of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
• Conducting site assessments and ensuring proper equipment is used.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Training and mentoring staff in solar technology and safety protocols.
• Maintaining project documentation and reports.
