The company was co-founded by three IIT Bombay alumni, bringing experience across renewable energy, engineering, EPC, finance, and building large businesses.

Must know STAAD Pro and AutoCAD

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Staad Pro, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural codes and regulations about solar installations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all aspects of structural design for assigned solar projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and project objectives.
• Leverage your expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions while adhering to established engineering practices.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and financing partners.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations in the solar energy sector

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
