Job Description

The Site Supervisor for Installation & Commissioning will oversee the installation, commissioning, and supervision of Solar System Projects . This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage project execution from start to finish. Must have a solid background in solar installations and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Ensure all installations are carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare the site for installation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Supervise and lead installation teams, including installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure team members are adequately trained and adhere to safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including financial performance and project status updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Provide regular updates on the project status and address any client concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely project outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project supervision, installation, and commissioning within the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
