Job Description
A Solar Site Incharge is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar energy systems at specific sites. Their role typically includes:
• Project Management : Coordinating the installation process, ensuring all safety and technical standards are met.
• Site Survey and Planning : Conducting initial surveys to assess the site's suitability for solar panels and planning the layout.
• Team Supervision : Managing teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• Quality Control : Ensuring that all installations meet the required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance : Enforcing safety protocols during installation and operation of the solar systems.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Overseeing the troubleshooting and maintenance of solar equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
