Job Title: Solar Service Engineer
Job Summary:
The solar service engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar
power systems to ensure their optimal performance and longevity. They will provide technical
support to customers and perform system inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine maintenance on solar power systems, including cleaning panels, checking
connections, and inspecting components for wear and tear.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose system faults, including issues with inverters, and electrical
connections.
3. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring that all work is done safely and
according to industry standards.
4. Provide technical support to customers over the phone, via email, or in person, guiding them
through troubleshooting steps and offering solutions to their problems.
5. Conduct site visits to assess system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend
upgrades or modifications as needed.
6. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions, maintaining
accurate documentation of all work performed.
7. Stay up-to-date on advancements in solar technology and industry best practices, continuously
enhancing technical knowledge and skills.
8. Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to ensure seamless integration of solar
systems and effective communication with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?37,185.86 per month
